WARNING: Severe, life-threatening, or fatal crushing injuries can occur from furniture tip-over. To prevent this Product from tipping, it MUST be permanently and securely anchored to the wall using the anti-tip wall mounting hardware (the "Anti-Tip Kit") included in the packaging.
- Mandatory Installation: The installation of the Anti-Tip Kit is MANDATORY and is a condition of safe usage of the Product.

2. ASSEMBLY & INSTALLATION HAZARDS DISCLAIMER
Our products are flat-packed and require manual self-assembly. Steel sheets, panels, and heavy-duty parts may have sharp edges or pose pinch hazards during handling.
- Personal Protection: We strongly recommend wearing protective heavy-duty gloves and safety eyewear during assembly.

3. LOGISTICS & COSMETIC TOLERANCES AGREEMENT
Metal storage cabinets are heavy-weight, oversized steel items. Despite our industry-leading packaging standards, the Product undergoes rigorous long-distance transit through sea shipping, domestic warehousing, and local ground courier delivery.
- Cosmetic Tolerances: Minor aesthetic variations or minor shipping wear—including but not limited to faint hairline scratches, slight paint scuffs, or minor deflections/bends (1-2mm) in steel panels that do not impair structural stability, load-bearing safety, or the primary function of the cabinet—shall be deemed within acceptable industry tolerances.
- Resolution: Such minor cosmetic blemishes do NOT constitute product defects or quality issues and are ineligible for free returns, prepaid return shipping labels, or full refunds. For minor cosmetic panel bends, please contact us; we can offer instructional assistance on simple alignment or offer reasonable partial compensation at our sole discretion.
4. WEIGHT CAPACITY AND PROPER USAGE RESTRICTIONS
To ensure safe operation and prevent structural failure:
- Never exceed the maximum weight capacity specified for each individual shelf and the cabinet as a whole (as detailed in the assembly manual).
- Weight Distribution: Always load the cabinet starting from the bottom shelf first. Place the heaviest items at the bottom to maintain a low center of gravity.
