RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Thank you for shopping with us. Because our products (such as metal storage cabinets) are oversized, heavy, and high-value items, shipping and handling involve unique logistical challenges. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase. By completing your purchase, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. Return Window & Eligibility
We accept return requests within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, the product must meet ALL of the following strict conditions:
Unused and Unassembled: The item must be in brand-new, completely unassembled, and resellable condition. We strictly CANNOT accept returns for items that have been fully or partially assembled.
Original Packaging: The product must be returned in its original, undamaged packaging, including all inner protective materials (styrofoam, edge protectors, plastic wraps, etc.), hardware packs, and manuals. We cannot accept returns in non-original packaging as it cannot withstand transit.
Authorized RMA Number: All returns must be pre-authorized. You must contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and the correct warehouse return address before shipping the item back. Unauthorized returns will be rejected at our warehouse dock and returned to sender at the sender's expense.
2. Return Shipping Costs & Restocking Fees
Because oversized shipping is extremely expensive, the financial responsibility for returns is structured as follows:
Buyer's Remorse Returns: For returns initiated due to buyer's remorse (e.g., "no longer needed," "ordered by mistake," "changed mind," "color/style doesn't match expectation," or "doesn't fit space"), the buyer is 100% responsible for booking and paying for the return shipping. Additionally, a 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund to cover warehouse inspection, handling, and re-shelving.
Return Label Services: Upon request, we can provide a prepaid return shipping label, but the actual cost of the return freight (typically $100 - $300 for heavy cabinets depending on the location) PLUS the 15% restocking fee will be deducted from your final refund.
3. Crucial Warning: High Risk of Return Transit Damage
Oversized metal products are highly vulnerable to denting, bending, and scratching during transit. Since shipping carriers handle heavy packages with machinery, returns that are not professionally packed almost always arrive back damaged.
Packaging Responsibility: It is the buyer's sole responsibility to package the return securely to withstand heavy-haul transit. You must replicate the factory packing method, ensuring all metal panels are separated by foam/cardboard and the outer box is heavily taped and reinforced.
Damage Deduction Policy: If the returned item arrives back at our warehouse damaged, scratched, bent, or missing parts due to poor packaging or carrier negligence during return transit, WE WILL NOT ISSUE A FULL REFUND. A partial refund (typically 30% to 50% of the purchase price) or NO REFUND will be applied, depending on the severity of the damage.
Insurance Recommendation: We strongly recommend that you purchase additional third-party shipping insurance (e.g., from UPS or FedEx) when returning the item yourself. If the carrier damages your return, you will need to file a claim directly with them to recover your funds.
4. Damaged or Defective Items Upon Arrival (Product Issues)
We take quality control seriously, but heavy metal sheets can sometimes experience minor dents or scratches during transit to your home.
Free Replacement Parts First: If your product arrives damaged or is missing parts, please do not initiate a return. Instead, send clear photos of the damaged items and the shipping box to our customer service within 48 hours of delivery. We will immediately ship free replacement parts (e.g., new doors, panels, hardware) with expedited shipping at our expense.
Declining Replacements as Buyer's Remorse: If you choose to reject our offer of free replacement parts/solutions and insist on returning the entire product, the return will be legally classified as a "Buyer's Remorse Return." You will be responsible for obtaining original packaging, paying the full return shipping cost, and paying the 15% restocking fee.
