SHIPPING POLICY
We ship our oversized metal cabinets from multiple fulfillment centers across the United States to ensure the fastest possible delivery. Please review our shipping limitations and expectations below.
1. Processing & Delivery Timelines
Order Processing: Orders are typically processed and prepared for shipment within 1 to 3 business days.
Transit Time: Once shipped, standard delivery takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your proximity to our warehouse (typically located in CA, TX, GA, or NJ).
Tracking: A tracking number (UPS, FedEx, or LTL Freight) will be sent to your email immediately upon dispatch.
2. Strict Shipping Exclusions & Shipping Restrictions
Due to strict weight and size limitations imposed by carriers, we CANNOT ship oversized items to any of the following locations. Any orders placed with these addresses will be automatically cancelled and fully refunded:
Non-Contiguous US States: Alaska (AK) and Hawaii (HI).
US Territories & Commonwealths: Puerto Rico (PR), Guam (GU), U.S. Virgin Islands (VI), American Samoa (AS), and Northern Mariana Islands (MP).
COFA Island Nations: Palau (PW), Micronesia (FM), and Marshall Islands (MH).
Military & Government Addresses: APO, FPO, and DPO addresses (AE, AP, AA) and all government-secured zip codes (typically D.C. zip codes 202xx - 205xx).
P.O. Boxes: We cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. A physical street address is strictly required.
3. Delivery Terms & Delivery Inspection (Your Responsibility)
To protect your purchase, please take note of our delivery terms:
Curbside / Front-Door Delivery Only: Standard delivery is curbside or front-door/porch delivery only. Carriers and drivers are not authorized to bring the heavy package inside your home, up stairs, or perform any unboxing or assembly. Please arrange for assistance on the day of delivery.
Mandatory Package Inspection: Upon delivery, please thoroughly inspect the outer box for any major punctures, tears, or signs of crushing BEFORE signing or accepting the package.
Rejecting Heavily Damaged Packages: If the shipping box is severely destroyed, visibly crushed, or completely open, please take high-quality photos immediately, REJECT the delivery with the carrier due to damage, and contact our customer support. We will handle the carrier claim and ship you a brand-new unit.
Address Changes & Cancellations: Once an order has been processed or picked up by the carrier, we cannot change the delivery address or cancel the order. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect/incomplete address provided by the buyer, or if the delivery is refused by the buyer without authorization, the buyer will be charged for the actual round-trip shipping costs.
